Your Health is a direct reflection of your Diet.

The only way to be healthy is to eat healthy. The foods that you eat are the building blocks and energy for a healthy body.

Having talked with many people about diet and health, I have come to the realization that people just don’t want to change the way they eat. They complain about their health issues, but don’t do anything about it. Either they don’t want to do the research, or they don’t believe what they hear. There are tons of research papers that show that all these chemicals and additives that are in our food supply is the problem. But most people ignore the facts and live the same miserable life.
