About Me

Hi, I am Raymond.

I am just an average American who learned some information and want to share it with as many people as I possibly can so they can live a better life too.

Inspiring people to implement changes for a better life.

I am a 55-year-old male who is a husband, father, and Papa.  I love learning and read for the enjoyment, but it has to be something that is useful.  So, all that I have learned over the years comes in handy.  But in the last five years I have learned information that I didn’t really think I needed to learn.  I thought that going to the doctor was the right answer for any ailments that came my way until recently.  After lots of research I realized that doctors don’t know everything, and they are not taught the simplest answers.  They are taught pills, pills, pills.  This has led me down a road to at least tell people that not all problems are solved with a pill.  Whether you follow the ideas that I present or not at least you have the opportunity to.  If you don’t know you can’t do anything about it.

This all started with a doctor’s visit that did not give me a satisfying answer, in fact it was not even a solution just more pills.  So, I went home and started researching my problem and found a simple effective solution, but it has not always been an easy one.  Just the fact that it works is enough for me, so I know what to strive for.  Then a different disease came beckoning at my door and I decided to do more research and found many more answers.  The “Rabbit Hole” started getting really deep, so I started taking notes and after lots and I mean lots of reading I came up with some commonsense ideas.   And this became the base of this website.

On my journey I have learned a lot about my health, but I have also come across a massive amount of information that goes hand in hand with health.  And it isn’t just about the health of your body.  You have to take care of your mind and spirit too.  So, I decided to add more things to this website that can have a positive effect on our lives.
