I feel that we have been misguided by science and the medical establishment that somehow, they can outrun mother nature and our evolution. That they have found the “magic pill.” And we all want the easy solution to our health issues, but there is so much more to it.
What I have found is that our diet is the most important part of our physical and mental health. There are so many health issues that can be solved with just simple, although not always easy, changes in diet.
There are also other ways that you can help your body to be the healthiest it can be. There is meditation, grounding, breath work, intermittent fasting, fasting, cold water therapy, and the sauna. Each having a benefit for our health.
